Job Summary
Provides overall management direction
to multiple construction projects. Plans, directs, schedules,
coordinates, organizes & schedules activities of the building
projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are
accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Essential Functions
Serves as the contact person for
project information and communicates project status to owners,
architects, and others associated with the project.
Monitors project progress for
compliance with established schedules, budget, and safety and
security procedures.
Reviews the contract documents
and ensures the project is in compliance.
Conducts project interviews and
ongoing meetings to communicate project status.
Additional
Responsibilities
Mediates and resolves situations
which arise on the project.
Coordinates temporary facilities
for the project.
Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions and Physical
Requirements
Most of the work
will be performed in a normal office environment with some work
performed in the field.
